Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities

  • Verify and review vouchers, financial transaction documents, and supporting evidence to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Input verified vouchers into the accounting software (SAP).
  • Prepare data and documentation required for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with the tax department to assist in tax calculation and recording.
  • Assist in preparing the company’s monthly financial reports.
  • Support the Accounting Manager in reviewing and analyzing journal entries in SAP.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Axapta is an advantage).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a dynamic work environment.
