Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate senior sales manager with an exceptional sense of high quality service to satisfy clients by providing the right solutions to solve clients’ hiring pain points.

You will do:

  • Oversee all sales team members and bring them to the right direction achieving company goals
  • Managing pipeline and bring more leads to grow opportunities 
  • Hire & train the sales team members
  • Approach, engage, and onboard new clients
  • Identify clients’ pain points in their hiring processes and provide solutions
  • Help the clients to fulfil their needs of best match talents as required
  • Liaise with other divisions to achieve company goals
  • Achieve daily & monthly performance target
  • Produce regular report to management
  • Deep dive on the activities data, customer behaviour data, etc. to take decision and/or come up with new sales strategies, campaign strategies, and make sure well execution to get best results.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related studies
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the managerial level for the sales role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal, including business presentation
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Experience in B2B solution selling, especially in recruitment industries
  • Able to work with minimum supervision to achieve company goals
  • Accustomed in data driven decision 
  • Willing to work in the start-up mode
  • Enjoy to work in the agile & fast pace environment
