Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? We're looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join our growing team in Jakarta! This is a Work From Office (WFO) position where you'll contribute directly to our success.
What You'll Do:
Reach out to potential customers and explain our products/services.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
Help solve customer inquiries and provide a positive experience.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
High work motivation and a positive attitude!
Office: Jakarta Pusat
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales/Telemarketing Representative.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
High motivation to achieve targets.
Ability to work Monday - Friday (office hours).
Preferably experienced in banking/insurance telesales (a plus!).
