As a Business Analyst at Meteor Inovasi Digital, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, developing business process flows, and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and technical team.

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand client needs and requirements.
• Develop and document business process flows, use cases, and flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications and requirements.
• Provide clear and concise briefings to the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Offer strategic recommendations to improve business processes and enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with the commercial division to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Assist in project planning, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure that solutions meet business objectives and deliver value to clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Software Development Environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in developing business process flows, use cases, and flow diagrams.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis tools and techniques.
  Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
