We are strengthening our Architecture, Innovation & Emerging Technology function and are looking for a Solution Architect to work closely with our architecture lead on client solutions, platform design, and innovation initiatives.
Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect, you will design and validate end-to-end technical solutions for client projects and internal platforms. You will work directly in Architecture, Innovation & Emerging Technology team and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to enterprise clients and emerging technologies.

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for client projects and platforms.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical architectures.
• Define system integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and security considerations.
• Support pre-sales activities (solutioning, technical proposals, architecture decks).
• Guide engineering teams during implementation to ensure architectural Integrity.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Data).
• Review system performance, scalability, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Produce clear and practical architecture documentation.

Job Requirements

• >2 years experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles.
• English speaking and writing is a must.
• Strong understanding of modern architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud-native).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Ex: AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba, Tencent).
• Solid grasp of system integration, security, and scalability.
• Ability to communicate architecture clearly to both technical and non-technical Stakeholders.
• Ability to document architecture adaptively from application stack, network stack and cloud architecture based on the company requirements.
• Experience supporting pre-sales or client-facing solutioning is a strong plus.
• Exposure to AI, data platforms, or blockchain is an advantage.

Technical Stack (Indicative)

• Backend: Node.js, Java, Go, or equivalent.
• Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure / Alibaba / Tencent.
• Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven, API-first.
• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have).
• Data: SQL/NoSQL, data pipelines, analytics platforms.
