Job Requirements

• Male, Max. 40 yo.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MSDM or Psychology.
• Minimum of 3 years in HRGA roles in Manufacture.
• Strong understanding of end to end process of Recruitment, Training, HR, Comben/Payroll, IR, HRIS, OD & GA (Asset Management).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams.
• Proficiency in Employee Regulations (UUTK, BPJS, PPh21).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Excel Advance.
• Available to relocate to: Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten.
