Job Description
Assist CEO for administrative work and organizing schedule while maintaining communication with internal and external teams.
 
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients, partners, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Assist with event planning, project coordination, and other administrative tasks as required.
