1. Manage sales team: daily actively, weekly meeting, monthly and yearly KPI
2. Build and care sales team, continuously improve their skill and knowledge.
3. Maintain key account customer relationship.
4. Conduct market research about competitive dynamics and latest industry trend.
5. Develop and implement annual sales strategies.

Qualification

1. Have management related bachelor degree.
2. Good communication skill, passionate about management.
3. Strong adversity quotient, and good problem solver.
4. Result oriented, ready to work beyond what is expected and achieve best result.
5. English speaking, mandarin is a plus.
