Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors.
Good Understanding of SDLC and its methodologies.
Min 2-4 years as Business Analyst/ business consultant in IT Field /QA/Developer/SA
English proficiency is a must both in written and verbal.
Prefered experience in system for banking, transaction, payment, multifinance, loan, e-commerce
Familiar with BRD, FSD, TSD, RFP, TOR, SOR, UML
Excellent knowledge of database design, process flow diagram & query language
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
Responsibilities:
Eliciting business requirement details with stakeholder, include but not limited to validate and verify requirements.
Analyzing and designing system process, functional and impact into implementable form.
Providing recommendation, alternate and workaround solution to issues during implementation.
Acting as a bridge between client and project team; this role includes planning, coordinating, communicating, monitoring, facilitating, scheduling and evaluating the progress.
