PT REA KALTIM PLANTATIONS is seeking a dedicated individual to join us as Paramedics. This position aims to provide emergency medical care and maintain the health of employees at our site.

Qualifications :

• Paramedic Certification or Degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certification
• Clinic Experience from 1 - 3 years
• Field Experience in a similar industry or in occupational health can be a plus

Responsibilities :

• Emergency Medical Response
• Injury Assessment and Treatment
• Occupational Health Monitoring, conduct regular health check-ups.
• First Aid Training and Awareness
• Coordinate with medical teams and relevant parties for employee health management.
• Health Promotion, Implement health and safety programs at the location.
