Job Description

We are looking for a passionate sales person supevisor with an exceptional sense of high quality service to satisfy clients by providing the right solutions to solve clients hiring pain points.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach, engage, and onboard new clients
  • Identify clients’ pain points in their hiring processes and provide solutions
  • Help the clients to fulfil their needs of best match candidates as required
  • Liaise with other divisions to achieve company goals
  • Achieve daily & monthly performance target
  • Managing pipeline and bring more leads to grow opportunities
  • Managing a team

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related studies
  • Minimum 3 year experience in related field, high quality fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Experience in B2B solution selling, especially in recruitment industries
  • Able to work with minimum supervision to achieve company goals
