Transport Analyst Staff

Job Responsibilities

Analyze transportation operational data to evaluate efficiency and service performance.
Prepare regular reports related to shipment tracking, fleet utilization & lead time.
Support route planning and delivery scheduling to achieve cost-effective and timely distribution.
Propose data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and reduce transportation costs.
Maintain and update transportation systems or databases (e.g., TMS) accurately and timely.
Conduct analysis on delivery delays, product losses, and damages during transportation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or data analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas); knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Basic understanding of logistics processes and transportation management systems (TMS).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets.
Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk , North Jakarta
