Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, execute, and monitor Trade Marketing activities at store level to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
Manage and implement Merchandising and Branding Activation, ensuring brand presence and compliance with marketing guidelines.
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering, providing actionable reports.
Oversee and improve promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
Track, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Supervise a team and provide coaching for performance improvement.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Branding & Promotion in FMCG / Building Materials industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications is a must.
Proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Skilled in mentoring, delegating tasks, and driving team performance.
Willing to be placed in Medan.
