Job Responsibilities

Develop big campaign ideas, social strategies, content directions, campaign concepts, activations, and unconventional ideas that still make sense for the brand.
Have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, creator culture, internet behavior, and social trends.
Build the overall creative direction for campaigns and brand accounts.
Join client meetings and present ideas directly to the brand.
Brief copywriters, designers, production, KOL teams, and other relevant teams clearly.
Stay close to execution. The job does not stop once the deck is approved.
Review the actual output and make sure the execution reflects the original idea.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Ability to build recurring characters and long-term content series
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively to diverse audiences
Deep understanding of brand management principles, visual identity systems, and brand positioning
Experience with digital marketing, social media content creation, and multichannel campaign development
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative recommendations
Minimum 3 years of experience in Creative, Branding, or Marketing, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industry.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Proficient in utilizing AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to support creative ideation, branding, and campaign development.
