Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders. Adjust plans to accommodate urgent requests and issues.
- Oversee raw material inventory and ensure timely supply. Collaborate with Purchasing to avoid shortages.
- Track production progress, identify problems, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Collect and analyze production data to inform decision-making and cost control.
- Lead and develop the production planning team, setting goals and evaluating performance.
- Work closely with other department to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Contribute to optimizing production processes and staying updated on industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fresh graduates or graduates with experience in production planning (PPIC).
- Good in English.
