Job Responsibilities
- Conduct active door-to-door visits to prospective clients
- Plan daily visit routes based on target regions and industry segments
- Present the company's services to prospective clients
- Prepare price quotations and service proposals tailored to client needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service through to deal closing
- Manage the sales pipeline and prioritize prospects based on potential
- Produce periodic market trend analysis based on field findings
- Prepare daily visit reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably from Management, Accounting, Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field).
- 1â3 years of experience in field sales / canvassing
- Experience in logistics, transportation, cold chain, or FMCG industries is a plus
- Understanding of basic logistics business concepts: land freight, trucking, cold chain management
- Able to negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, comfortable presenting to decision makers
- Willing to work full-time in the field
