Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders for system development and improvement initiatives.
Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and pain points, and recommend technology-based improvements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules, process flows, user stories, and system requirements.
Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation such as BRD, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Collaborate with business users, IT/development teams, and vendors throughout development, integration, testing, and implementation.
Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT, including issue tracking and requirement validation.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional analysis, and SDLC.
Experienced in preparing BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and UAT scenarios.
Able to communicate effectively with both business users and technical/development teams.
Knowledge of API/integration, databases/SQL, WMS, TMS, ERP, logistics, or supply chain systems is an advantage.
