Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and update survey and assessment instruments.
Collect, process, and analyze data from surveys, assessments, and other evaluation activities.
Manage and maintain Activity Plan (AP) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data within the strategic management system.
Prepare accurate reports and data analyses to support management decision-making.
Maintain organized and accessible databases to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
Support internal communication and coordination related to strategic planning initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Statistics, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data processing), including other Google applications (Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Drive, etc.).
Detail-oriented, organized, and accustomed to working with large volumes of data and documents.
Able to translate data into reports or insights that are easy to understand.
Willing to be placed at the Head Office - West Jakarta
