• Research HR trends and B2B market insights to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and landing pages;
• Utilize Yoast SEO & SEMrush for keyword research and on-page optimization.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta platforms;
• Manage scheduling and performance tracking via Meta Business Suite.

3. Creative & Multimedia Production

• Collaborate with designers to produce engaging infographics, videos, and visual content using Canva;
• Assist in scriptwriting for short-form video content.

4. Email & Marketing Campaigns

• Support email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or other EDM platforms;
• Create compelling email copy, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work with marketing, sales, product, and tech teams to ensure brand consistency;
• Maintain a cohesive tone of voice and messaging across all channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Creative Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, SEO writing, or social media management.
• Excellent writing skills in both English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hands-on experience with Yoast, SEMrush, and keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn marketing, and social media analytics.
• Proficiency in Canva for visual content creation.
• Experience working with designers, videographers, and content teams.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content brainstorming and enhancement.
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or equivalent).
• Strong research and analytical skills to create data-backed content and measure performance.
• Industry experience in B2B, IT, or HR fields is a plus.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
