Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead financial management, cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Oversee accounting processes, monthly/yearly closing, and consolidated financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with PSAK and applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
Lead tax planning, tax reporting, and tax audits.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and corporate governance.
Monitor AR/AP management and financial performance.
Coordinate with internal departments, C-Level management, banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
Lead and evaluate the performance of the Finance Accounting & Tax team.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance Management, Taxation, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
Brevet A & B certification is mandatory; Brevet C is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
Proficient in ERP systems (especially Accurate) and Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Financial Modeling.
Strong leadership, analytical, attention to detail, integrity, and interpersonal communication skills.
