Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct telesales to reach potential customers and maintain engagement with existing accounts
Assist Regional Sales Manager in driving sales growth within their respective region
Identify and develop potencial accounts, as well as maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide effective solutions
Provide after-sales support and ensure overall account satisfaction
Handle administrative and operational support related to sales activities
Update account achievements and assist in preparing data for trade programs

Kualifikasi

Having good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, sales-driven and target-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite, especially Excel (pivot, vlookup and basic formulas) & Google Sheets
Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems is a plus
Willing to work from our office in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related fields (fresh graduates with relevant intership experience are welcome to apply)
