Job Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
Develop intervention and treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ learning and emotional development
Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards
Facilitate workshops or training sessions for staff and parents on child development, mental health, and well-being
Refer students to external specialists or agencies when necessary
Uphold professional ethics and maintain confidentiality at all times

Job Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Master’s Degree in Clinical/Educational Psychology preferred)
Valid professional license/registration (SIPP or HIMPSI preferred)
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
Proficiency in English Language and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
Having a Responsible to Life attitude
