Job Responsibilities
- Lead overall F&B & Retail operations.
- Oversee restaurant, bakery, beverage, pop-up, and merchandise operations.
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Manage manpower, inventory, stock, and cost control.
- Ensure high standards of service, product quality, and customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Experience managing multi-concept operations is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial and operational mindset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
