Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily retail & merchandise operations.
- Drive merchandise sales and achieve sales targets.
- Manage procurement, stock, inventory & replenishment.
- Ensure product availability and stock accuracy.
- Manage product display & visual merchandising.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving & dead stock.
- Conduct stock opname and prepare sales & inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the Operation Manager and relevant support teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in retail/merchandise operations.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, F&B or hospitality is preferred.
- Good understanding of sales, inventory & stock management.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.
- Good communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
