Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and ensure the effective implementation of SHE programs, including safety audits, documentation management, and coordination with relevant departments.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, such as SGA, Kaizen, 5R, and TPM, to improve operational efficiency and workplace safety.
Follow up on hazard reports and unsafe conditions, support K3 administration, and monitor corrective actions to ensure timely implementation.
Conduct regular inspections of work equipment, facilities, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Support the development and implementation of SHE initiatives to reduce workplace risks, prevent accidents, and maintain sustainable operations.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 18001, Continuous Improvement, and applicable SHE regulations.
Familiar with Continuous Improvement (CI) practices and methods, such as SGA, Kaizen, RCFA, and other improvement tools.
Possession of AK3 Umum (AK3U) certification.
Good understanding of waste management and treatment processes.
Good understanding of 5R / 5S principles.
Good knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems.
Willing to be placed at Gresik Plant, East Java.
