Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
• Maximum age 35 yo
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics
• Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Milling and Lathe Programmer
• Experience in product design and manufacturing processes such as molds and dies
• Proficient in using MASTERCAM/ AutoCAD/ INVENTOR/ SOLIDWORKS applications
• Able to set up CNC Turning Machines/CNC Machining Centers
• Able to operate CNC Turning Machines/CNC Machining Centers
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Honest, committed, results-oriented, and adaptable
• Willing to work outside of normal business hours or on holidays. • Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang

JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze customer requests in the form of image data, product samples, standards, and specifications.
• Create shop drawings using AutoCAD/ MASTERCAM/ INVENTOR/ SOLIDWORKS
• Create programs and time studies for machining processes, including SOPs, IK, and forms
• Perform machine setup and trial production
• Conduct continuous improvements at the plant/factory
• Assist QA in creating POKAYOKE for production control
• Supervise the production process during trial orders before mass production
• Ensure the production process runs smoothly before mass production
• Prepare tools and jigs needed for the production process
• Provide technical advice to internal and external parties, in coordination with superiors
