Job Requirements
- Male, Max. 40 yo.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MSDM or Psychology.
- Minimum of 3 years in HRGA roles in Manufacture.
- Strong understanding of end to end process of Recruitment, Training, HR, Comben/Payroll, IR, HRIS, OD & GA (Asset Management).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams.
- Proficiency in Employee Regulations (UUTK, BPJS, PPh21).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Excel Advance.
- Available to relocate to: Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten.
