Job Responsibilities

Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract/vendor management
Procurement planning and cost control
Managing multiple vendors and large-scale project requirements under tight deadlines
Event/project logistics coordination including warehouse, transportation, and material movement
On-site logistics management

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in MICE, event, exhibition, production, or project-based industries
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong understanding of event/project logistics, warehouse, transportation, material movement, and on-site logistics
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (Odoo/SAP/Oracle experience is an advantage)
High level of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
Experience handling government, corporate, national or international projects is highly preferred
