Research trends, audience behavior, and emerging content opportunities to keep brand strategies ahead of the curve.
Collaborate seamlessly with talents, videographers, editors, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
Experiment with new storytelling formats, AI workflows, and creative strategies to continuously discover innovative approaches to content creation.

Kualifikasi

Possesses prior organisational experience.
Demonstrates a strong passion for short video content from various platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with a proven track record of generating fresh, creative ideas across multiple brands.
Possesses a strong understanding of platform algorithms, with the ability to craft compelling hooks and pacing that capture attention in the first few seconds.
Enthusiastic about exploring modern AI tools and digital workflows to streamline brainstorming, enhance creative output, and accelerate the production process.
Able to work effectively in a hybrid setting in BSD, South Tangerang.
Able to commit to a 3-6 months internship program.
