Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and marketplace ads.
Monitor daily performance, spending, pacing, and campaign KPI.
Conduct basic campaign optimization based on performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Provide basic performance insights and recommendations.
Support audience, creative, and campaign testing.
Coordinate campaign execution with Senior/Strategist and related teams.
Escalate campaign issues and performance deviations when needed

Kualifikasi

Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Ads.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Good understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Marketplace Ads.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with campaign optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Detail-oriented and able to work with targets and deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
