Job Responsibilities

Handle full import shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
Prepare and verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.)
Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers
Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates
Monitor vessel schedules, sending NOA, create Manifest, etc
Ensure import activities comply with regulations and internal SOP
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Import operations
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and import procedures
Good communication skills in English
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Sea Freight Import Operations (FCL & LCL)
Import Documentation & B/L Handling
Shipping Line, Vendor Coordination, Communicate with custom both offline and online
Time Management & Multitasking
