Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  • Handle full export shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
  • Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers
  • Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates
  • Monitor vessel schedules, stuffing, and cargo readiness
  • Ensure export activities comply with regulations and internal SOP
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
Kualifikasi
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Export operations
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and export procedures
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Sea Freight Export Operations (FCL & LCL)
