Job Responsibilities

Drive sales, profitability, and overall business growth across outlets
Identify business gaps and opportunities, and turn them into actionable growth initiatives
Lead and develop store teams to achieve strong operational and commercial performance
Optimize store operations, inventory, costs, and productivity
Monitor key business metrics and translate data into business decisions
Build scalable processes and operating standards to support future expansion
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute business and growth initiatives
Take ownership of challenges and continuously improve the business

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail, preferably in a managerial role
Strong commercial and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and willingness to challenge the status quo
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented environment
Willing to travel across store locations as required
