Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and monitor production plans based on demand and orders.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for production requirements.
Monitor stock accuracy, conduct stock taking, and ensure FIFO implementation.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to support operational efficiency.
Prepare inventory, production, and distribution reports.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain within the F&B manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of inventory management, production planning, GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
