Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of OPPO Official Store on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotional activities, and sales strategies to drive revenue and growth.
Manage product assortment, pricing, vouchers, bundles, promotions, and other marketplace activities.
Coordinate with Shopee and TikTok Shop KAMs and internal teams to ensure campaign readiness and smooth execution.
Monitor sales, campaign performance, traffic, conversion, and stock availability, and provide actionable insights.
Analyze marketplace and competitor performance to identify opportunities for sales and business growth.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth marketplace performance and customer experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in Key Account, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Online Sales.
Hands-on experience managing Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or Retail is preferred.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaigns, promotions, and sales performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and communication skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
