Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze employee performance data and prepare regular reports and evaluations for field teams.
- Manage, motivate, and support employees to improve performance and achieve business targets.
- Develop training curricula, modules, and learning materials based on business and employee development needs.
- Conduct training on product sales, leadership, customer service, and other relevant topics.
- Deliver engaging training sessions with clear, persuasive communication tailored to different audiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Facilitator, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of training development, facilitation, and employee performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
