Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, menu optimization, promotions, and other revenue-driving initiatives
- Analyze sales performance, product mix, customer behavior, and operational data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement
- Lead initiatives to improve unit economics, cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability without compromising customer experience
- Translate consumer and market insights into actionable commercial initiatives
- Ensure strong operational standards across outlets, including service quality, product consistency, manpower productivity, inventory, and cost control
- Lead, coach, and develop store teams to build a strong performance and service culture
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams to execute business initiatives
- Evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics to continuously strengthen the business proposition
- Develop scalable ways of working, standards, and processes to support future business growth
- Provide regular business performance reviews, recommendations, and action plans to Management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with proven exposure to managing café, restaurant, or multi-outlet businesses
- Strong understanding of the F&B business model, including revenue drivers, P&L, COGS, labor cost, inventory, product mix, pricing, and store productivity
- Proven ability to drive commercial growth and profitability, not only operational execution
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate numbers and consumer behavior into business actions
- Hands-on understanding of café/restaurant operations and customer experience
- Experience leading and developing store or operations teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership
- Analytical, entrepreneurial, and highly execution-oriented
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
