Job Responsibilities
About the role
Staff R&D role focused on product development, mechanical design, and manufacturing. You will be involved directly in product development from design stage, prototype, through to production process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve products
- Create 2D/3D designs and product rendering
- Create prototypes and conduct testing and evaluation
- Coordinate with production team in manufacturing process
- Conduct problem solving and improvement on design and products
Job Requirements
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Blender 3D, and KeyShot
- Understand machining, milling, and turning processes
- Understand basic electronics and electrical fundamentals
- Experience operating CNC machines is a plus
- Able to read technical drawings
- Creative, detail-oriented, analytical, with problem-solving abilities
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply, especially those with project/prototype experience
