Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems across the school/facility.
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of mechanical and electrical installations.
Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and maintenance protocols.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment performance.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and technical issues.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and colleagues to coordinate repair or upgrade projects.

Kualifikasi

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance in schools, offices, or industrial facilities.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and repair work.
Familiarity with safety regulations and operational standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a maintenance team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
