Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Administer first aid and immediate care for injuries, illnesses, or medical emergencies occurring during school hours for students and staff.
Maintain awareness of current best practices, regulations, and trends in school nursing and healthcare.
Ensure accurate, well-organized, and confidential health records/archiving for all students and staff.
Document health assessments, interventions, and communications with parents and healthcare providers.
Engage in ongoing education and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Promote healthy lifestyle choices, behaviours, and disease prevention strategies within the school community.
Maintain a hygienic, orderly working environment with a comprehensive understanding of infection control.
Prepare adequate first aid supplies for field trips and special events.
Manage inventory of nursing supplies and equipment.
Present oneself in neat and appropriate attire and adhere to the work schedule.

Kualifikasi

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher, validated by relevant training certificates.
Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in nursing within a school environment or pediatric healthcare.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with students, parents, faculty, staff, and medical professionals.
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa.
Willing to work beyond regular school hours or on weekends.
Familiarity with common pediatric health conditions, medications, and treatments.
Display of compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and with various needs.
Basic proficiency in computer literacy is advantageous.
