Graphic Design & Marketing Assets

• Create visual assets for marketing, campaigns, promotions, and communication materials.
• Design social media content including Instagram Feed, Stories, Ads, and other digital content.
• Create banners, promotional materials, vouchers, campaign assets, merchant materials, and other visual assets.
• Develop visual assets for websites, mobile applications, marketplaces, and other digital platforms.
• Resize and adapt designs across different channels, formats, and platform requirements.

UI/UX Design

• Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and other digital products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers/Product Owners and Engineering teams throughout the product development process.
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback, usability issues, and evolving product requirements.

Design System & UI Components

• Create and maintain reusable UI components to improve consistency and design efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system using Figma.
• Maintain consistency across typography, colors, spacing, components, and interaction patterns.
• Develop design guidelines to support product development when required.

Design Asset Management

• Organize and manage design files, assets, templates, and reusable components.
• Ensure design files are structured and easy for other designers to understand and continue.
• Maintain an organized Figma workspace and asset library.
• Create reusable templates for repetitive design requirements to improve efficiency.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
• Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication principles.
• Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and usability.
• Proficient in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Proficient in at least one graphic design tool such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Understanding of responsive design and basic design system principles.
• Ability to create designs for various digital, marketing, and promotional needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
