Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirement and create document functional and non-functional requirements for Ultra Voucher Application.
Analyze existing Ultra Voucher Applications and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Act as a liaison between Product, Engineer, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Assist in project planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide ongoing support for loyalty web applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure the stability and performance of applications.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in loyalty programs or web applications.
Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Postman) and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
