Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create short-term and long-term marketing plans to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, media, communities, influencers, and partners
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing communication channels both online & offline
- Oversee marketing team works, content creation for social media, website, digital ads, collaterals, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules and manage marketing budgets.
- Monitor & analyze all performance marketing metrics.
- Create detail contents for marketing communication and execute communication plan as directed by the management.
- Copywriting contents for campaign, promos, engagements, press release, articles, media kit, collaterals, etc.
- Managing events both online & offline.
- Identify, expand, and execute brand activation through all channels both online & offline.
- Produce regular activity report for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in online/tech/recruitment industry will be a strong point.
- Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Open mind, agile, resourceful, and resilient.
- Attention to detail and able to drive data driven initiatives.
- Willing to work from office mode in Jakarta
