Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the telesales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Performance Development: Conduct recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching for telesales agents on a weekly basis.
Strategic Analysis: Utilize data insights to analyze team performance and identify new growth opportunities.
Operational Support: Provide assistance with problem-solving, handling escalated customer calls, and monitoring telemarketing activities.
Procedural Compliance: Ensure the team understands and adheres to all current internal work processes, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Female
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
Strong data analysis capabilities.
Proven experience in hiring and developing a telesales team.
Possess effective communication and coaching skills.
Willingness to work WFO (Work From Office).
