Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the telesales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Performance Development: Conduct recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching for telesales agents on a weekly basis.

• Strategic Analysis: Utilize data insights to analyze team performance and identify new growth opportunities.

• Operational Support: Provide assistance with problem-solving, handling escalated customer calls, and monitoring telemarketing activities.

• Procedural Compliance: Ensure the team understands and adheres to all current internal work processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Female

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.

• Strong data analysis capabilities.

• Proven experience in hiring and developing a telesales team.

• Possess effective communication and coaching skills.

• Willingness to work WFO (Work From Office).
