Will be directly responsible for growth of sales of all SCHÜTZ products and services in the designated region with a particular focus on the development of account management of SCHÜTZ IBC & Drums in Indonesia.
To achieve greater sales of SCHÜTZ IBC, Drum & STS by achieving & exceeding the agreed sales targets, through new project and share development within Key Customers.
To represent SCHÜTZ in the market in a professional and ethical manner.
To gain respect in the general marketplace for our firm as the supplier of choice for quality packaging solutions.
To gain knowledge and understanding of developments in the industrial packaging market in the designated region, including the activities of competitors, to better achieve sustainable sales growth.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers and identify market trends, needs, and opportunities, then translate them into business success.
Before handling the responsibilities above, he/she will be trained by Management and stationed at the factory to gain a full understanding of SCHÜTZ Sales operations.
Job Requirements
30-40 years old.
Has at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales (mandatory).
Smart, professional, and well-presented.
Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Emphasis on speed and responsiveness as critical aspects of performance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and presentable appearance, positive personality, and proven ability to build rapport with clients.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
