Job Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of key campaigns, events, and strategic projects.
Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and vendors for campaign alignment.
Develop campaign briefs, budgets, and performance dashboards.
Analyze results, extract insights, and continuously improve project outcomes.
Build scalable processes and documentation for future campaigns.

Job Requirements

1–3 years experience in project management, campaign execution, or marketing operations.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
Data-driven mindset with creative instincts.
