Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales
Experience selling Digital Platform, Business Solutions, Software, System Integration, Cloud, IT Solutions, or Digital Transformation solutions.
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into relevant technology solutions.
Proven track record in achieving sales or revenue targets.
Experience engaging with enterprise customers and key stakeholders, including C-Level executives and business decision-makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
