Job Responsibilities

Repair : Disassemble and repair power bank, cable charger, earbuds, speaker, TWS, home living stuff etc.
Diagnosis : Check hardware issues. Troubleshoot problems such as errors, lag, and dead boot
Testing : Test gadget functionality after repair to ensure 100% normal operation
Customer Education : Explain the cause of damage and provide maintenance tips to prevent future issues

Job Requirements

Education : Minimum Vocational High School majoring in Electrical Engineering / Computer Network Engineering. D1/D3 in Engineering is a plus.
Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with a service portfolio for mobile phones/laptops will be prioritized.
Certification : Having a mobile phone/laptop technician certificate is an added advantage.
