Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support and manage the recruitment process from CV screening, candidate interviews, any administation and candidate follow-ups.
Conduct initial interviews with candidates and provide feedback based on the recruitment criteria.
Assist in tracking and updating the recruitment progress on a regular basis.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Report recruitment progress directly to the VP of Human Capital on a daily basis.
Support the team in organizing and contributing to monthly company events.
Submit weekly attendance reports and complete other administrative tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

Fresh Graduate or final-year student, preferably with a background in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Have basic experience conducting interviews, whether through internships, organizational activities, campus projects, or previous work experience.
Enjoy communicating and interacting with different types of people.
Have a strong willingness to learn new things and develop skills in recruitment and human resources.
Have a Get Things Done attitude and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Agile, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Available for a minimum internship commitment of 1–2 months.
Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
Willing to be placed in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
